GITAM Convocation Admit Card 2023: The UG/ PG Admitted Batch and the B.Sc. Chemistry 2021–22 Admitted Batch convocation date have been announced by the Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management. On 3rd June 2023, the convocation for the specified course will begin. The GITAM Convocation for all course will be conducted on the same date. On June 3, 2023 at 2:30 PM, the Shivaji Auditorium at GITAM (Deemed to be University), Rudraram, Hyderabad, will host the 14th Graduation Ceremony of GITAM (Deemed to be University), Hyderabad. All students are required to register for the Graduation Ceremony either in-person or in-absentia on or before 27th May, 2023. After in-person registration, the admit card will be available for download from 1st June, 2023.

- Boys: Cotton white kurta and pyjama.
- Girls: Cotton white kurta and pyjama or a white saree with white blouse.
- Shoes – Formal sandals are accepted for girls, while boys must wear black shoes.

All such candidates must provide a full postal address for sending the degree certificate by registered or speed post. On or before May 27, 2023, all students must register for the graduation ceremony, either in person or virtually. The GITAM convocation admit card will be downloaded after in-person registration on June 1st, 2023.
