According to IIFCL jobs in New Delhi notification, claimants will only be considered as a trainee in a research associate throughout the duration of the internship. The contract of the second party with the first party shall be for a period of 03 years from the date of reporting. The Second Party shall from time to time fulfill all such duties/ plans assigned to them by the First Party and the First Party reserves the right to change these at his discretion. Elected runners will be sent to any office/ departments/ verticals of the company. The second party has the right to leave at the rate of 15 days per calendar year & the leave calculated on a pro rata basis for any part time.
