UPSC NDA 1 Recruitment 2022: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued a notice for recruitment for the national defence academy & naval academy examination (i), 2022 Notification against the advertisement NO.3/2022-NDA-I. Around 400 openings will be recruited over this recruitment process. - All claimants must provide a valid and active email ID when completing the online application form as the Commission may use electronic mode to contact them.
- Candidates appearing for the Class 11th examination are not eligible for this examination.
- Selected aspirants will be posted anywhere in India
- The verification of Eligibility Criteria by mentioning the original documents only after the applicant has qualified for the interview/ personality test
- Qualified interviewees will be issued an e-Admit Card three weeks prior to the commencement of the examination.
- The results of the written test part of the examination will be announced in June, 2022
- All applicants invited for SSB interview should bring their original Matriculation Certificate or equivalent examination certificate to the Services Selection Board (SSB).
- Original certificates should be produce by eligible applicants for SSB interview shortly after the interview.
- The Union Public Service Commission will conduct the first examination on April 10, 2022 for the 149th Course in the Army
- Navy and Air Force and the 111th Indian Naval Academy (INAC) from January 2. , 2023.
- On 10.01.2022 at 23:59 hours one day before the due date the “Pay by cash” mode option will be deactivated

Required Qualification
- Applicants have to pass 12th Class of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
