IMD Scientific Assistant Required Documents for DV: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has conducted open competitive examination for recruitment to the post of Scientific Assistant in India Meteorological Department (IMD) in recent days. For this post they recently released their eligible and not eligible candidates list. Eligible candidates are now searching for IMD Scientific Document Verification Date. IMD will issue the Admission Certificates for DV to candidates through its website. A notice regarding the DV will also be uploaded on the website of the Commission. All the candidates shortlisted for Document Verification will be required to appear for Document Verification along with the photocopies and original documents as mentioned.

IMD Scientific Document Verification Date
The document verification for Scientific Assistant post will be conducted on 17.04.2023 to 28.04.2023.
IMD SA Document Verification Required Documents
Candidates will have to submit copies of following documents while appearing India Meteorological Department Document Verification.
- Matriculation/ Secondary Certificate
- Educational Qualification Certificate.
- Caste/ Category Certificate, if belongs to reserved categories.
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities Certificate in the required format, if applicable.
- For Ex-Servicemen (ESM)
- Discharge Certificate, if discharged from the Armed Forces.
- Relevant Certificate if seeking any age relaxation.
On receipt of DV data from IMD, final result will be processed and declared by the Commission on its website. A reserve panel/ additional list of 50% candidates (category wise) will be prepared by the Commission in addition to the number of candidates selected as per notified vacancies. The list of reserve panel will be provided to IMD in a sealed cover and will not be uploaded on the website. The reserve panel will be valid for a period of one and half years from the date of declaration of result.
