Examination Scheme 2022: FOR THE POST OF NAIB TEHSILDAR, CLASS-II (GAZETTED)
- Short listing the candidates for the Main Examination from the preliminary exam marks.
- The marks obtained by the applicants in the screening examination will not be counted to determine their final eligibility.
- The number of applicants invited for the primary written examination will be 20 times more than the total number of vacancies advertised
- Applicants who have been declared eligible for the screening examination will be admitted to the four-part primary written examination as per the details in the syllabus for the primary examination
- The contender shall have to pass all the four subjects
- The marks obtained by the applicants in the written section of the primary examination and the personality test will determine their final ranking.
- In the event of a tie, the order of merit will be determined according to the highest marks obtained in Viva-voce and if the Viva-Voice scores of the candidates who are equal are equal, the order of merit will be determined with higher marks obtained by such applicants in the total of the written examination.
Competitive Objective Type Screening Test for the post of Naib Tehsildar: Examination pattern 2022
- The examination/ test will be consisting of 120 marks
- The examination type will be General Knowledge Objective type of multiple choice answers
- The General Knowledge Objective type will be both in English and Hindi language
- The duration of the examination will be 02 hours
- There will be penalty (Negative Marking) for wrong answer marked by a candidate in the objective type question papers.
- There are four alternatives for the answers to every question.
- For each question incorrectly answered by the applicant, ¼ or 0.25 of the marks allotted for that question will be deducted as penalty
- If an applicant gives more than one answer, even if one of the given answers is correct it will be considered as incorrect answer and the same penalty as above for that question will be imposed.
- The candidate did not give any answer and there was no penalty for that question
- Questionnaire will be available in both Hindi and English languages except language papers
- Claimants must have passed all four subjects.
- Any aspirant who fails in any of the above subjects will be deemed ineligible for the examination
- Candidates who qualify in the above mentioned main written examination on merit basis will be invited for Viva-voce Test/personal interview.
- The total number of applicants invited to Viva-Voce based on the written test will be three times more than the total number of vacancies advertised
- Hopefuls’ marks in the main written test and Viva Voce will determine their final eligibility.
