Punjab Police Documents Required (DV), PET, PST 2022 | Punjab Police PET, PST, DV Documents List:  Currently, the Punjab Police has released the Punjab Police Technical (TSS) Admit Card 2022 for the PET, PST, and DV. Those who qualified in the Phase-1 Exam may attend the next selection process of the Physical Measurement Test (PST), Physical Screening Test (PST), & Document Verification (DV). Initially, the Written Examination has been held from 24th to 30th September 2022. Participators looking for Punjab Government Jobs can avail themselves of this opportunity

  • Only those who clear the written test (as per the cut-off) will qualify for the qualifying physical examination.
  • No marks will be awarded for PST, but all candidates must clear the prescribed fitness test events as given below.
  • 2nd Phase i.e. Physical Measurement Test (PMT), Physical Screening Test (PST) & Document Scrutiny for the recruitment of Sub-Inspectors and Constables in the Technical and Support Services (TSS) Cadre of Punjab Police will be held from 22.11.2022 to 03.12.2022
  • The Admit Card of the qualified candidates for appearing in Phase-2 have been uploaded on the Punjab Police website @ www.punjabpolice.gov.in .

For Male Candidates (except Ex-Servicemen)

  • 1200 Meters Race to be completed in 09 minutes. (only one
    chance)
  • Long Jump 2.00 Meters. (3 chances)
  • High Jump 0.70 Meters. (3 chances)

For Male Candidates (Ex-Servicemen)

  • For Candidates of age up to and including 35 years
    • 1400 Meters Walk and Run to be completed in 12 minutes (only one chance)
    • 08 Full Squats.
  • For Candidates of age more than 35 years
    • 1400 Meters Walk and Run to be completed in 15 minutes (only one chance)
    • 05 Full Squats.

For Female Candidates (except Ex-Servicewomen)

  • 800 Meters Race to be completed in 06 minutes. (only one chance)
    • Long Jump 1.50 Meters. (3 chances)
    • High Jump 0.50 Meters. (3 chances)

For Female Candidates (Ex-Servicewomen)

  • For Candidates of age up to and including 35 years
    • 700 Meters Walk and Run to be completed in 07 minutes (only one chance)
    • 05 Full Squats.
  • For Candidates of age more than 35 years
    • 700 Meters Walk and Run to be completed in 09 minutes (only one chance)
    • 03 Full Squats.

Note: A candidate should be eligible in all the above cases. Failure to qualify in any of the above instances of physical screening tests will result in the disqualification of the candidate.
