TCS Smart Hiring 2023 for Freshers & Graduates
- After the successful completion of the application process, candidates should click on ‘Apply For Drive’.
- The application form contains provisions for either CGPA or percentage.
- Candidates need to indicate what their score or degree suggests.
- Test-related information will be communicated through the TCS iON portal.
- There will be no interviews conducted on the day of the TCS Smart Hiring Test.
- If candidates pass in the TCS Smart Recruitment Exam, the interview schedule details will be sent to the candidate’s registered email id.

TCS Smart Hiring 2023 Eligibility Conditions
Only full-time courses will be considered (no part-time or correspondence courses). Candidates who have finished their NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) Secondary and/or Senior Secondary courses are also eligible to apply if other courses are full-time. Students should not have any extra education as part of their highest certification.
Required Qualifications:
Courses & Subjects: Candidates pursuing full-time degrees in BCA, B. Sc (Math, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Biochemistry, Computer Science, IT), or B. Voc in CS / IT who will graduate in 2023 are eligible to apply.
Percentage: For each of the Class 10th, Class 12th, Diploma (if applicable), and Graduation examinations, candidates must have a minimum aggregate score (all subjects in all semesters) of 50% or 5 CGPA.
Backlogs: Candidates who passed in 2023 are only allowed one backlog, however, any outstanding backlogs must be cleared within the allotted course time.
Education Gap or Break: Students must disclose any educational gaps they may have. There shouldn’t be more than a two-year academic difference overall. For any gaps in schooling, pertinent document proof will be examined.
Work Experience: Prior experience or part-time work experience is not necessary and will not be considered relevant for the recruiting process.

- Initially Log on to the TCS Next Step Portal @ nextstep.tcs.com
- New users need to register themselves to apply for the TCS Ninja hiring.
