Job Role description
- The elected interviewees will start out in the role of a personal contributor working on a team of co-getters to help spread Byju’slearning path in your city
- They will show students and parents Byju’s unique learning path and they will be responsible for guiding and selling in their designated area.
Backlog Criteria
- Students should not have active setbacks while appearing for the examination/ Test
- Backlogs/ Relapses must be eliminated within a specified period of time
Work Timings
- Entrants should be comfortable working in a dynamic work environment/ rotational night shifts depending on project requirements
Background Verification
- BYJU’s will be conducting eligibility checks at various stages of the selection process.
- If at any stage of the process a nominee is found to be ineligible, BYJU’s reserves the right not to pursue the candidature.

- The probation period will be total 24 months (02 Years)
- CTC during probation period: 5LPA ( 3 Fixed + 2 Variable)
