General Instructions – About SBI GD/ PI Interview

  • Interviews are part of the Group Discussion and Interview (GD & PI) round.
  • After qualifying for the SBI Main Exam 2022 by the SBI-determined cut-off, applicants are invited to a panel discussion.
  • After attending the group discussion session, the candidate is invited for a personal interview, which tests his or her personality along with their qualifications and other qualities.
  • There will be 20 marks for group discussion/exercise and 30 marks for personal interview round.
  • Keep in mind that the final qualifying list is based on the marks obtained in the Mains and GT/ PI rounds.
  • The prelims score is not calculated on the final qualifying list.
