Before filling up the Online Recruitment Application, candidates are advised to go through the relevant notification available on www.blw.indianrailways.gov.in and www.blwactapprentice.in. As per the notification, the selected candidates will be placed at Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh as decided by the Railway Recruitment Board of Varanasi. Candidates will be selected on the basis of Percentage of Marks obtained in the Matriculation Examination with minimum 50% aggregate marks. Salary will be paid as per Railway Board’s instructions issued from time to time. Before the training, applicants have to get Registration Number from Regional Directorates of Apprenticeship Training (RDAT) web portal @apprenticeshipo.gov.in.

Required Qualifications
- Applicants should pass 10th Class or its equivalent (under 10+2 Examination system) ITI in relevant trades from recognized Board/ institute/ College.
Age Limitation
- Non-ITI candidates: 15 years Attained and not more than 22 years
- ITI candidates: 15 years Attained and not more than 24 years
- Age limit for Welder, Trade and Carpenter: From 15 years to 22 years.

BLW Varanasi ITI & Non ITI Apprentice Application Procedure
Contenders should apply through online @www.blwactapprentice.in within 15.02.2021. Before applying, contenders should read the official notification blw.indianrailways.gov.in. Candidates have to pay application fee of Rs.100/- through online payment via debit/ credit/ internet banking till 17.02.2021 (16.45 hrs). Fee exempted for Female, EWS, SC/ ST/ PH/ Divyang. To apply candidates have to meet 3 stages such as,

New Candidates have to register themselves and get provisional Control Number to Login. Existing Users enter the Login Credentials and then apply against Banaras Locomotive Works. In Upload Documents Candidates must upload only the relevant documents in the following sequence in .jpeg, .jpg or .png file format with size as specified in notification. For final submission click on “SUBMIT” and the form is saved. No corrections can be made once the form is submitted. Upon successful submission of the Application Form, applicant will receive an SMS and an E-Mail on candidates’ RMN (Registered Mobile No.) and E-Mail that will ensure application reference no. which can be used for future reference.
