WBBPE Recruitment 2022: West Bengal Board of Primary Education has announced notification for recruitment are invited from TET qualified trained candidates including Candidates for session of 2020-2022 special D.ed, B.Ed, D.EL.Ed course against state wide vacancies for appointment of post of Primary Teachers/Assistant Teachers in Govt Aided/Govt sponsored/Junior Basic Primary School. According to Notification total no of vacancies going to be filled is 11,765. Willing and Eligible candidate can apply for post and take selection process. Before applying candidate must ensure that he/she fulfils eligible criteria for applying post. Application can be sent only in online mode and any other mode of sending application will be rejected.

WBBPE Primary Teachers recruitment 2022
Recruitment of Candidates will be made in accordance with West Bengal Primary School Teachers recruitment rules. Selection and appointment of candidate can be made strictly in terms of West Bengal Primary School Teachers Recruitment. - Candidate must possess minimum educational qualification and training qualification as prescribed by the National council for Teachers Education prevailing on date of publication of recruitment notification.
- Any candidate seeking appointment for primary school teachers shall have studied and passed in specific language as a first or second language in the higher secondary level or equivalent from medium of Instruction.
- In case of Santhali medium of instruction the candidate shall only be required to possess proficiency of reading, writing and speaking in Santhali. Santhali means old-chiki script
- Appointment to the post of primary Teachers in Santhali medium school have passed in specific language as first or second language in Higher secondary level or equivalent for medium of instruction, candidate seeking appointment.
- All candidates must have studied and obtained Madhyamika pass certificate or equivalent with mathematics and English as subject.
- Selection committee shall normally function for a period of two years from the date of first meeting.
WBBPE Assistant teachers Recruitment 2022 Vacancy details:
Candidate applying for post of Primary School Teachers against a State-Wide Vacancy position, preference for district shall be taken at the time of online application. Reservation quota for Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/EC/Ex-servicemen are given relaxation as per government norms and shall be allowed relaxation up to 5% in qualifying marks. - Ability to read, write and speak in the language relating to the medium of school for which candidates wishes to apply.
- The Board may remove any member other than an ex-officio member at any time subject to the condition at any time that such member may be informed of the reason of its removal and has given an opportunity of being heard.
- The Board may, if necessary, constitute one or more sub-committee for scrutiny of testimonial/for conducing Interview or Aptitude test and other purpose as may require.
- The decision of sub-committee shall be bound by the decision of Board.
- Appointment letter shall be sent to Candidate address by register post immediately after the counselling or otherwise or to be decided by appropriate government provided that appointment shall be made from the panel for vacancies.
- No appointment shall be made beyond notified vacancies and the inclusion of name in panel shall not constitute claim for appointment.
