Assam Direct Recruitment Grade 3 & 4 Exam Scheme
- The selection process will be the same and applicants will have to appear in a single examination for all the departments and a qualifying list will be prepared based on their performance in that examination.
- The Commission will conduct separate selection on the basis of the following qualifications for the posts.
- Applicants submitting applications for graduate level/class 12th/ Class 10th positions must appear for the written test.
- Candidates who have submitted an application for graduate level/ class 12th level/ class 10th level positions should appear in a category aptitude test as the second stage of the selection process.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Science.

STAGE 01: Written Test/ Exam
- The type of the exam will be Written Examination/ Test
- The written test will be conduct on the mode of offline
- The questionnaries will be set in Objective type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
- The total marks alloted for this exam is 175 scores
- There will be 4/5 options, for every question.
- Out of 4/5 options, only 1 option will be correct
- The duration of this exam will be 03 Hours/ 180 Minutes

The Commission will conduct separate selection on the basis of the following qualifications for the posts.
- Higher Secondary of Equivalent Examination Passed.
- Higher Secondary of Equivalent Examination Passed with Computer Skill.
- Higher Secondary of Equivalent Examination Passed in Science
STAGE 01: Written Test/ Exam
- The tpe of the exam will be Written Examination/ Test
- The written test will be conduct on the mode of offline
- The questionnaries will be set in Objective type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
- The total marks alloted for this exam is 150 scores
- There will be 4/5 options, for every question.
- Out of 4/5 options, only 1 option will be correct.
- The duration of this exam will be 02 & half Hours/ 150 Minutes

The commission will conduct separate examination as per the following eligibility qualifications for the posts.
- High School Leaving Certificate (Class 10th) of Equivalent Examination Passed.
- High School Leaving Certificate (Class 10th) of Equivalent Examination Passed with Driving Licence.
STAGE 01: Written Test/ Exam
- The tpe of the exam will be Written Examination/ Test
- The written test will be conduct on the mode of offline
- The questionnaries will be set in Objective type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
- The total marks alloted for this exam is 150 scores
- There will be 4/5 options, for every question.
- Out of 4/5 options, only 1 option will be correct.
- The duration of this exam will be 02 & half Hours/ 150 Minutes
STAGE 02: Skill Test (For all levels)
- The type of exam will be Computer Test or Other Test or Interview
- Thje total marks allotted for this is 25 scores
Details of Merit List: Assam Direct Grade III & IV Merit Basis 2023
- A list of all the applicants will be prepared on the basis of merit based on the marks obtained in the written examination
- The Commission will determine the minimum qualifying marks for Computer Examination/ Other Examination /Practical Examination
- Candidates who get less than the qualifying marks in Computer Examination/ Other Examination/ Practical Examination will not be eligible for the examination
