- The Part A covers with 50 marks. The each questionnaire carries 01 mark
- The part B comprise with 20 marks. The each questionnaire carries 01 mark
- The written examination will be conducted through OMR paper
- Each question will have 01 multiple choice answer with 04 multiple choice answers
- Wrong answer should not have negative marks
- If there is any wrong question / wrong choice then the respective question will not be considered for final evaluation. The total marks will be deducted accordingly.
- If there is any discrepancy between the English and Hindi versions of the question paper the English version will prevail.
- The duration of the written test is 90 minutes
- Eligibility/ Pass marks for General Category employees are 40% 28 marks and for SC/ ST category 30% 21 marks.
Proficiency Test
- The computer typing Proficiency test will have 30 marks. Only candidates who pass the written test will be invited for the Proficiency test
- According to the criteria set in the cadre scheme 30 words per minute one has to qualify in the qualifying examination with 10% of the allowable errors to qualify in the qualifying examination.
- Selected candidates will be empaneled on the basis of merit based on the marks obtained in the examination subject to vigilance/ departmental clearances etc.
- If more than one claimant gets the same mark in the examination their qualification will be decided on the basis of their marks of written test and then on the date of appointment and thereafter date of birth
- There will be no marks for Seniority and ACR.
