POST: Reporter (Hindi)- (Gazetted)
The eligible candidates will have to appear in Shorthand Test, Typing Test, Written Test and Personal Interview as per the following scheme

Shorthand Test:

| Typing Test: 40 words per minute in Hindi |
| Personal Interview – 10 marks |
Scheme of Written Test

Part A – General Knowledge and Current Affairs Part B – General Hindi |
- The part A contains of total 50 marks
- The part B contains of total 50 marks
- There are 200 multiple choice object type questions consisting of 50 questions in each part
- The test will be contains of 100 marks
- The duration of the test will be 50 minutes duration
- Only those who have qualified in the shorthand and type examination will be invited for the written examination
- Applicants must qualify to the required standard in each area.
- The pass marks for Written Test are 50% of each part- A&B
- The marks obtained by aspirants in the written examination will be calculated while preparing the final examination list.

| Not more than 5% errors will be allowed for passing the Shorthand Test.
The test will be held on computer and candidate should be well conversant with Unicode Compliant/Kruti Dev 10 Font for Hindi Typing. |

- The MCQs contains of General knowledge of Himachal Pradesh and knowledge of Hindi and English of 8th standard level.
- The pass marks for Written Test are 50% of 85 marks.
- Evaluation of documents will be total 15 marks
