Uttar Pradesh RVUNL 2022 Exam Scheme
- On the basis of the marks obtained in the CBT, the applicants will be invited for the vacancy archive examination and interview examination three times section-wise.
- A maximum of 20 marks are fixed for the interview.
- Based on the marks obtained in both the CBT and the interview, the selection process will be completed by compiling the final qualifying list of the applicants.
- If the sum of both the CBT and the interview is equal, the candidate who gets the highest marks in the CBT will be given preference in the examination.
- If more than one claimant has obtained the same marks in the CBT, in such case preference will be given to the aspirants who have obtained the highest marks in the first section.
- If both (b) and (c) are equal, the senior candidates by date of birth will be given preference in the examination.

- This part will have an objective-type question paper with 150 questions which will be of graduate chemistry level.

Part II:
- There will be 50 objective-type questions in this part which will be General Hindi will be related to General Knowledge and Reasoning.
- Each question will be of 01 mark and negative 1/4 marks will be awarded for every wrong answer i.e. 1/4 mark will be deducted.
UPRVUNL Chief Chemist Exam Pattern
- The duration of the Computer Based Test (CBT) will be of 03 hours.
- In the second part of the Computer Based Test (CBT), it is mandatory for the Scheduled Caste candidates to get a minimum of 28 percent and other category candidates to get a minimum of 33 percent marks Part I Computer Based Test (CBT)
- This part will consist of an objective-type question paper related to computer knowledge of NIELIT “0” level, which will have 50 questions.
- Each question will be of 01 mark i.e. this exam will be of maximum 50 marks.
- Negative 1/4 marks will be awarded for every wrong answer i.e. 1/4 mark will be deducted.
- It will be mandatory to obtain at least 20 marks in this examination of the first part of computer knowledge, otherwise, in case the candidate concerned is not considered qualified, his second part of the written examination will not be evaluated.
- The marks obtained in this first part of Computer Knowledge will not be added for determining the merit of Part II Computer Based Test (CBT)
- In this part there will be an objective type question paper related to the following syllabus, whose maximum marks are mentioned in front, each question will be of 01 mark and negative 1/4 marks will be awarded for every wrong answer i.e. 1/4 mark will be deducted.
