As per west Bengal power development corporation recruitment 2021 employees in government, semi-government and public sector companies are required to submit a ‘no objection’ certificate issued by their employer during the interview. No travel allowance (TA) or any other expenses will be allowed for applicants participating in the personal interview. The engagement will be on contract basis for a period of 03 years subject to satisfactory performance evaluation at the end of each year with standard monthly consolidated pay. The engagement agreement ends with 01 (a) month notice on both sides. Requests for change of postal address/ type/ discipline/ eligibility once notified in the application form will not be accepted. The selected contenders will be placed at any part of West Bengal as decided by the West Bengal Power Distribution Company Limited (WBPDCL).

Required Qualification
- Aspirants should hold Diploma/ Graduate/ Post-Graduate Degree/ MBA/ MHRM/ Personnel Management/ IR/ HR from a recognized Institute approved by AICTE/ UGC
