SHSB CHO Admit Card 2021: State Health Society, Bihar has released admit card and declared the date of CBT for the post of Community Health Officer (CHO). NHM Bihar is going to conduct the CHO Computer Based Test on 27.02.2021. Applicants can download Admit Card @statehealthsocietybihar.org. According to the notification (Advt. No. 02/ 2021), applicants have to fill up the Self-Declaration 1 and Self-Declaration 2 and submit it to the concerned exam centre. You may get reach the admit card via official website or through direct download link as given here from below. Candidates will be selected in the basis of Computer Based Test and Interview. NHM Bihar shall notify the Venue / Centres of Examination separately on official website.

- Find and Click “Download Admit card Related to CBT for Advt No 02/ 2021 – Click Here” option.
- Now you may redirect to the admit card login page @admitcardbuilder.azurewebsites.net
- Login by using Candidate Login Credentials (Application Number & DOB).
- Your admit card will be displayed on the screen.
- Download and take a hard copy of the admit card for your future references
