- This appointment is a fixed term on a contractual basis.
- The engagement period will initially be satisfactory for a period of one year performance is evaluated on a quarterly basis.
- Preference will be given to those with experience in processing applications registered under the Trademark Act.
- Jobseekers must have 05 years’ experience in BAR with 5 years’ experience in teaching law in State Judicial Services or State Government or Federal Law Department or recognized University.
- The written test and interview of the claimants will be conducted only after reviewing their applications and verifying the credentials and certificate of experience.
- The date of the written test and interview will be decided in consultation with the higher authorities and the committee.
- TA or DA will not be paid if called for examination and interview.
