NPTEL Online Certification Courses

In order to offer top-notch education to anyone interested in attending an IIT, the Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore, along with seven other Indian Institutes of Technology (Bombay, Delhi, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras, Guwahati, and Roorkee), launched the National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning (NPTEL) project for the Ministry of Human Resources Development in 2003. The main objective was to provide undergraduate and graduate management courses as well as web and video courses in all of the major engineering and physical science fields.
