Scheme of Examination 2022
Junior Secretariat Assistant (Gen/F&A/S&P)
- Eligible hopefuls will be invited for typing test/ competitive written test
- While the typing speed test will qualify in nature the final qualifying list will be prepared based on the performance of the candidates in the competitive written test.
- Eligibility list based on the marks obtained by the applicants in Paper-II will include only those who have passed the examination with a typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on the system as per the prescribed rules prescribed by DOPT from time to time
- 35/30 words per minute corresponds to 10500 KDPH/ 9000 KDPH, averaging 5 major depressions per word; Allowed time – 10 minutes
Junior Stenographer
- Appropriate candidates will be invited for the Stenography Examination/ Competitive Writing Examination.
- If qualified in stenography, a final qualifying list will be prepared based on the performance of the applicants in the competitive written examination.
- Eligibility list will include only those who have passed the qualifying examination in stenography.
Security Assistant
- Entitled claimants will be invited for skill/physical Test and personality assessment test which will be qualifying in nature
- Those who qualify in the Physical and Personality Assessment Examination will be invited for the Written Examination.
- The list of eligible candidates based on the marks obtained by the applicants in Paper-II will include only those who have qualified in the Ability/ Physical and Personality Assessment Examination.
Receptionist, Sr. Technical Officer(2) & Sr. Technical Officer(1)
- The contenders as recommended by the Screening Committee will be invited for Personality Assessment Test
Technical Assistant
- Interviewees will be invited for Trade Examination as per the recommendation of the Screening Committee.
- Those who qualify in the trade exam will be invited to the competitive written exam
- The final qualifying list will be prepared only on the basis of the performance of the candidates in the competitive written examination.

Examination pattern 2022: Proficiency Test in Stenography
- The candidates will be given one dictation for 10 minutes in English or Hindi as opted by the candidates in the application format the speed of 80 w.p.m. for the post of Junior Stenographer.
