HGML recruitment process will be done on a Written Test –cum-Interview basis for Management Trainee posts, for the Security Officer post, they conduct interview. Candidates will be selected as per the reservation rules and roster of Government of Karnataka for the said appointments. Selected candidates can get a consolidated salary of Rs.45,000 for MT post during the period of one year training. After Completion of Training they will be absorbed in the regular E-3 grade pay scale of Rs.47300-83200.
