Southern Railway 8 days Spiritual Tourism: In the recent update of Southern Railway, they announced a special train service from Kerala to various spiritual places like Shirdi Saibaba Temple, Singanapur Saneeswarar Temple, Nashik Trimbakeshwar Temple, Bandarpur Panduranga Temple, Mandharalayam Sri Raghavendra Sami Temple through various cities of Tamil Nadu. This Southern Railway’s 8-day spiritual tour (தென்னக ரெயில்வேயின் 8 நாட்கள் ஆன்மிக சுற்றுலா திட்டம்) program via Tanjore, Kumbakonam, Mayiladuthurai starts on 5th June.
Southern Railway has released the schedule for running Western India Spiritual Tourism Train via Thanjavur, Kumbakonam under Bharat Gaurav Punnya Tirtha Yatra Program of Indian Railway Food and Tourism Company.

Southern Railway 8 days Spiritual Tourism Beginning in June 2023
This tourist (தெற்கு ரயில்வே 8 நாட்கள் ஆன்மீக சுற்றுலா ஜூன் 2023 இல் தொடங்குகிறது) train (car number: SZ BG03) will depart from Kochuvalli railway station in Kerala state at 9 am on June 5 and will reach Sengottai, Thenkasi, Rajapalayam, Sivakasi, Virudhunagar, Madurai, Dindigul, Trichy in Tamil Nadu on the same day. Arrives at Thanjavur train station at 8.25 pm via. Then the train departs at 8.30 and reaches Shirdi on June 7 via Kumbakonam (9.20), Mayiladuthurai (9.45), Chidambaram, Villupuram, Chengalpattu, Tambaram, Egmore. From 7.25 am on the 7th to 11.30 pm on the next day (8th) Shirdi Saibaba Temple, Singanapur Shaniswarar Temple will be shown around.
Nashik Trimbakeshwar Temple on 9th, Bandarpur Bandurangar Temple on 10th and Mandiralayam Sri Raghavendrasamy Temple on 11th. After visiting these spiritual tourist spots, you can return to Kumbakonam on 12th June at 12.30 pm and back to Tanjore at 1.45 pm.
