Examination scheme 2022

  • Interviewees with a disability of 40% or more will be allowed 20 minutes of compensation per hour for the Computer Based Test (CBT).
  • Selection for the above posts will be made in two stages
  • The stage 1 will be Computer Based Test
  • The stage 2 will be Computer Proficiency Test & Document Verification
  • Where CGPA/ OGPA is issued, applicants are required to submit a document indicating the percentage equal to the marks as per the rules adopted by the Board/ University/ Institute during the document verification
  • In the event of a decline in the number of eligible applicants due to rejection or non-availability of applicants at the document verification stage, the eligible applicants will be called for document verification to maintain a ratio of 1: 3 to obtain a valid number of applicants to draw the final selection List
  • If required, Computer Based Test (CBT) for a particular post can be conducted in several shifts
  • If so advance notice will be given to conduct the CBT in multiple shifts for a particular post and to use the appropriate score normalization formula to normalize the Computer Based test (CBT) scores.

Examination pattern 2022: Stage 1 & 2

STAGE 01: Computer Based Test

  • Qualified candidates will be called for Computer Based Test (CBT)
  • The examination will comprise total 120 marks
  • The questionnaire type will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
  • The Computer Based Test (CBT) duration will be 02 hours.
  • A 01 score will be awarded for each correct answer
  • For each incorrect answer of the selectors negative marks of 0.25 marks will be deducted.
  • Marks for untried questions will not be awarded/ deducted.

STAGE 02: Computer Proficiency Test & Document Verification

  • There will be no Viva-Voice test. Qualification (category wise) in descending order will be the basis for recruitment.
  • The examination will comprise total 120 marks
  • The questionnaire type will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
  • The Computer Based Test (CBT) duration will be 02 hours.
  • In order to fill the Junior Accountant vacancies the applicants should have passed the Computer Proficiency Test and should have scored at least 30 marks out of 100 marks.
  • Applicants for the posts of Junior Accountant will be invited for the Computer Skills Examination in the ratio of 1: 5 in the descending order of qualification by category.
  • The marks obtained in the Computer Proficiency Test will not be added to the marks obtained by the applicant in the Computer Based Test (CBT).
  • After the Computer Based Test (CBT) for the post of Electrician-III, the candidates will be invited to check the documents in the ratio of 1: 3 in descending order of qualification in the CBT
  • However, for the post of Junior Accountant, eligible applicants in the Computer Proficiency Test will be invited to verify the documents (CBT) in the ratio of 1: 3 category wise in the descending order of eligibility in the computer based Test
